Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Orbcards. Our refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may be eligible for a replacement of your NFC business card.

Damaged or Non-received NFC Business Card:

If your NFC business card arrives in a damaged condition or is not received, please report the issue within 60 minutes of receipt. We will promptly issue a replacement in such cases.

NFC Chip Malfunction:

In the event that the NFC chip ceases to function within 1 year of the purchase date, a replacement will be provided.

Product Quality Concerns:

If the quality of the product does not meet your expectations and can be substantiated with logical reasoning, we will issue a replacement.

Non-Refundable:

Kindly note that refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. Replacements are the sole remedy for eligible cases as mentioned above.
