1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Orbcards' RFID/NFC business card services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein. These terms are in accordance with the Company Act of Bangladesh.
2. Service Description
Orbcards provides RFID/NFC business card solutions, including design, production, and distribution in Bangladesh. These services may encompass customization and integration features.
3. Ordering Process
a. Orders can be placed through the Orbcards website or by contacting Orbcards Facebook & Instagram Page.
b. Payment must be made in full before the production process commences.
c. Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Orbcards.
4. Design and Content
a. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information and design elements provided for the business cards when submitting their own design files
b. Orbcards reserves the right to refuse content that violates ethical, legal, or community standards.
5. Color variation Disclaimer:
Acknowledge that there may be slight variations in the color of the business card between what is displayed on the website or digital mock-ups and the physical product due to differences in screen calibration, printing methods, and materials used.
6. Production and Delivery
a. Production times may vary depending on order volume and customization requirements.
b. Delivery times are estimates, and Orbcards is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping services or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Payment
a. Prices for RFID/NFC business cards are specified on the Orbcards website.
b. Payment must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)
c. All payments are non-refundable once the production process has commenced.
8. Warranty and Returns
a. Orbcards warrants that the RFID/NFC business cards will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
b. If NFC chip is damaged during delivery; user has to inform Orbcards within 1 hour after delivery. User can claim replacement card within 1 year If there is no sign of physical damage and chip is undetectable or Qr is unscannable
9. Intellectual Property
a. Orbcards retains the intellectual property rights to any custom designs or software associated with the RFID/NFC business card services.
10. Privacy and Data Security
a. Orbcards is committed to protecting customer data and will not share or sell personal
information to third parties. We may use the data to remarket or target them later
b. At Orbcards, we prioritize the privacy and security of your personal data. Operating within the legal framework of Bangladesh, we uphold the principles of the Constitution and comply with relevant regulations such as the Digital Security Act. Our NFC business cards are designed with data minimization in mind, collecting only necessary information with explicit user consent. We implement robust data security measures, including encryption and access controls, to safeguard your information. c. Customers are responsible for ensuring the privacy and security of their RFID/NFC business card data.
11. Limitation of Liability
Orbcards shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the RFID/NFC business card services.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh as per the Company Act.
13. Modification of Terms
Orbcards reserves the right to modify or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes. By using Orbcards' RFID/NFC business card services, you confirm your understanding and agreement with these terms and conditions in accordance with the Company Act of Bangladesh.
14. Subscription Terms
a. Each RFID/NFC business card purchase from Orbcards includes a complimentary two-year subscription to the information panel service
b. The information panel service allows users to manage and update the digital content associated with their RFID/NFC business card.
c. After the initial two-year period, customers have the option to renew their subscription on an annual basis.
15. Renewal Cost
a. The annual renewal cost for the information panel service is 400 Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
b. Customers will be notified in advance of the subscription expiry date and given the option to renew.
16. Subscription Renewal Process
a. To renew the subscription, customers must make the payment of 400 BDT before the expiration of the current subscription.
b. Failure to renew the subscription within 30 days of expiration may result in the deactivation of the information panel service.
17. Changes to Subscription Terms
Orbcards reserves the right to modify the subscription terms, including renewal costs, with prior notice to customers.
18. Cancellation of Subscription
a. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
b. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to Orbcards' customer support. Cancelled card can no longer be activated again. But new card can be purchased and be used with previous account
c. If users use illegal links or using links for illegal purposes; user will be banned immediately and for that purpose Orbcards will not bear any responsibilities
19. Effect of Non-Renewal
a. Failure to renew the subscription will result in the deactivation of the information panel service after the expiration date.
b. Deactivated information panel services may limit or suspend access to certain digital features associated with the RFID/NFC business card. Customer can have multiple cards in their account. If they have pro plan for at least 1 card, they can use the panel
By purchasing an RFID/NFC business card from Orbcards, you agree to the terms of the complimentary two-year subscription and the renewal cost thereafter. Orbcards reserves the right to update these subscription terms with prior notice to customers.
