- Does the other person need an app?
- No. Your profile opens in the browser on their phone, as all web pages do. The phone saves your contact in its own contacts app.
- Which phones work with the card?
- All iPhone models from the XS and newer operate with the card. All Android phones with NFC also operate with it, and almost all of them have NFC. Other phones can scan the QR code on the back of the card.
- What do I do if I change my job or my number?
- Change your profile in the dashboard. The card shows the new data immediately after you save it. You do not need a new card.
- How do I pay, and how do I receive the card?
- We print the cards in Dhaka. A courier delivers them to all areas of Bangladesh, usually in 3 to 5 work days. Pay with bKash, Nagad or a card at checkout.
- Is my data private?
- Only the data on your profile is public. Your leads, analytics and contact details stay in your dashboard. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time.
- Can I use more than one card?
- Yes. Each card connects to one profile. You can keep a second card in your bag or at the office. With a team plan, each member of your team can have a card.
